Unheated 45-minute full body mat Pilates class. The Classic focuses on form and the foundation of contemporary mat Pilates movements with a heavy focus on form, strength, and alignment.

The Quickie is a 30-minute HIIT + Core class. Each class combines 15 minutes of HIIT moves with 15 minutes oF Core and Oblique work. The Quickie uses minimal equipment in our infrared heated room (90-95 degrees Fahrenheit) and is designed for maximum results in the least amount of time!
