New students - please arrive 10 minutes before class starts.

Bring a mat, water, and a towel, should you forget, there are yoga mats and towels available to rent for $1.

We practice barefoot, but you are more than welcome to practice with sticky socks.

Weights and Pilates props are used in each class, which are meant to help enhance and deepen your workout. These props are provided for you.

The studio room is heated (unless stated otherwise) and can vary from 90-94 degrees Fahrenheit.

You must be 16 years of age or older to practice at HAVN Hot Pilates.

Please be on your mat at the start time of class. Depending on the coach, time of day, and other varying factors, you may not be permitted if you are late. If you are late there is a grace period of 5 minutes (if the coach deems fit) to be permitted in to class.

HAVN Hot Pilates only accepts credit/debit cards. We do not accept cash or check payments.

Due to the intensity and sweat of our workouts, clients are not permitted to take more than 1 class a day (regardless of package or membership tier.)

HAVN Hot Pilates understands that life happens and allows for entry into class up to 5 minutes after the stated start time of class. However, this is subject to change and is based on the coach’s preference. If you late-cancel less than 12 hours prior to class start time or arrive past the allotted grace period, you will be charged $15 late cancel fee, and your class credit will not be returned to your account. All late-cancel fees will automatically be charged to the credit card on file.If you do not show up to class and/or do not cancel your spot, your class credit will still be deducted from your account, and you will be charged a $20 no show fee.

We do not offer refunds on any Single Classes, Class Packages, Unlimited Memberships, Workshops, Events or apparel and merchandise. ALL SALES ARE FINAL! We do not offer extensions on Single Classes, Class Packages, or Memberships.
