• New students - please arrive 10 minutes before class starts.

  Bring a mat, water, and a towel, should you forget, there are yoga mats available to rent for $1.

  We practice barefoot, but you are more than welcome to practice with sticky socks.

  Weights and Pilates props are used in each class, which are meant to help enhance and deepen your workout. These props are provided for you.

  The studio room is heated (unless stated otherwise) and can vary from 90-94 degrees Fahrenheit.

  You must be 16 years of age or older to practice at HAVN Hot Pilates.

  Please be on your mat at the start time of class.

  HAVN Hot Pilates only accepts credit/debit cards. We do not accept cash or check payments.

HAVN Hot Pilates understands that life happens and allows for entry into class up to 5 minutes after the stated start time of class. However, this is subject to change based on the coach’s preference.

If you late-cancel less than 12 hours prior to class start time, or arrive past the allotted grace period, you will be charged $15 to the credit card on file, and your class credit will not be returned to your account.

All late-cancel fees will automatically be charged to the credit card on file.

     NO SHOW

    If you are signed up for a class and no show said class, then you will be charged a penalty of $20. 

• • If you do not show up to class and/or do not cancel your spot, your class credit will still be deducted from your account, and you will be charged a $20 late cancellation fee.

  • Please note, if you are not in the studio and on your mat up to a maximum of 5 minutes after the stated start time of class, your spot will be given to a student on the waitlist, and you will be charged the above no show fee and lose the class credit.

• We do not offer refunds on any Single Classes, Class Packages, Unlimited Memberships, Workshops, Events or apparel and merchandise. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!

• We do not offer extensions on Single Classes, Class Packages, or Memberships.

• Contracts are billed on a monthly recurring basis from the date of purchase.

• Memberships have a 3-month minimum contract commitment. (unless otherwise stated on the contract.)

• To cancel your membership or skip a month, a 30-day notice is required. Email chelsea@havnhotpilates.com to cancel or skip. Maximum 2 months skipped in a calendar year.

• Memberships begin on the date of purchase but can be adjusted to the date on which you take your first class.

Clients will be added to the class in which they are on the waitlist for up to 1 hour before the start time. You can remove yourself from the waitlist without penalty. However, once you are added, the same cancellation and no show policies apply as though you are in class.
Our class spots are limited for the safety, efficacy, and comfort of the class. Once we hit capacity for class we cannot and will not permit anyone else into the class, no exceptions.

Please read the following carefully, as HAVN Hot Pilates does not own or take any responsibility for any harm to you or your belongings once you are on and in the studio.

I hereby release and agree to hold Chelsea Collective LLC dba Studio100, and HAVN Hot Pilates LLC (The Studio) harmless from, and waive on behalf of myself, my heirs, and any personal representatives of any and all causes of action, claims, demands, damages, costs, expenses and compensation for damage or loss to myself and/or property that may be caused by any act, or failure to act of The Studio, or that may otherwise arise in any way in connection with any services received from or in connection to The Studio.

I understand that this release discharges The Studio from any liability or claim that I, my heirs, or any personal representatives may have against The Studio with respect to any bodily injury, illness, death, medical treatment, or property theft or damage that may arise from, or in connection to, any services received from The Studio. This liability waiver and release extends to The Studio, all owners, partners, and employees.

I understand that in order to partake in classes at The Studio I am to be at least 16 years of age. 

Photo/Video Release:
I also grant The Studio permission to use my likeness in photographs and/or videos in any and all publications and materials, including streaming and recorded video without payment or consideration made to them. I waive the right to review any photo or video or to obtain royalties from the photo or video.

If I do not want to be included in recorded classes, I understand I must contact The Studio, and let your teacher know, so she can show you where to stand during the class so you won't be on film.

In entering the studio I also agree that The Studio is in no way responsible for the safekeeping of my personal belongings while I attend class at The Studio, at an off-site event, or hosted retreat.
