  • Chelsea is a Pilates and strength expert who has dedicated the last decade and a half to building a strong body and mind through lifting and coaching others to do the same.

    Chelsea is a long-time mat and mega-former Pilates instructor with a history of athletic performance. She has studied, and continues to study and understand, body mechanics for optimal performance and longevity.

    Her obsession and passion for health and wellness shine throughout her entire being…and even more so when coaching others to be their best and strongest selves.

    Favorite type of music: Alternative rock and electronic

  • Brianna is a highly experienced coach with 14+ years of expertise in group and boutique fitness. Born and raised in Colorado, she discovered her passion for fitness and wellness at a young age. Her focus lies in barre, pilates, and cardio, and she is dedicated to helping clients achieve their fitness goals while also enhancing their overall well-being. Brianna thrives on creating connections and fostering a sense of community with everyone who enters the studio. Outside of coaching, she also practices aesthetics at a med spa and fulfills her most important role as a mother to her two children. Additionally, she cares for three dogs and takes care of her own flock of chickens and ducks. Brianna is eagerly looking forward to meeting you at the studio.

    Favorite type of music: it's hard to pick an ultimate favorite as I was raised on everything from the real oldies to country to hip hop, pop and edm. My classes are always more upbeat pop, hip hop and edm, but I love to throw some oldies in with a dash of upbeat country! 

    Favorite food: Sushi!

  • Annie’s spark for movement came from a need to loose baby weight. After many months of practicing yoga she felt strong, confident, and resilient and wanted to share that magic with others so she became a yoga teacher. After practicing and teaching yoga, she found and fell in love with running, HIIT, strength training and cycling. This sparked her personal journey with fitness and love of helping others find their fitness spark for the past 12 years.

    Favorite type of music: classic rock

    Favorite food: dark chocolate

  • Serena Robinson is a movement enthusiast born with a passion for helping others. She has spent the past eight years as a dance educator, choreographer, and fitness coach. Her love for Pilates ignited when she experienced more mindfulness, strength, and confidence both in and out of the studio. As a firm believer in the mind, body, and soul connection she intentionally creates inspiring, challenging, and welcoming classes for all! 

    Favorite type of music: I love listening to a variety of music really anything that makes me sing, dance, and be in the moment!

  • Alyssa is a dance educator and choreographer who found her love for fitness through her personal healing journey. She has spent the past eleven years teaching a variety of dance and fitness classes with the mission to help others heal through movement. She lives for the connection that fitness brings to oneself and the community we’re immersed in. Alyssa is passionate in her belief that fitness should feel empowering, and looks forward to sharing this energy with her classes! 

    Favorite type of music:  I love a wide variety of music but consistently listen to different healing frequencies throughout my day. 

    Favorite food: Bolognese pasta bowl!

  • Rachel has been active her entire life and has been practicing Pilates for the past 5 years. Originally from North Carolina, her love of Pilates started online until she quickly became a studio regular. She loves how Pilates is accessible to everyone regardless of their fitness level. Rachel is so excited to share her passion for Pilates as a HAVN coach. Each of Rachel's classes will make you feel confident and accomplished, and she is excited to see you in the studio!

    When she’s not in the studio, she’s in the salon as a professional hair and color stylist. With a fun young energy, Stella will make sure you leave her class feeling like the star she knows you are!

  • Alex is a lifelong athlete and has always been drawn to helping others move with confidence and joy. She joins the team with six years of experience coaching competitive, high-level volleyball, as well as over 4 years of teaching yoga and is excited to share her love of movement, strength, and connection with the HAVN community. 

    Outside the studio (and the volleyball gym), you’ll find Alex with her dog, Goose, spending time with loved ones, or heading to the mountains to hike or ski.

  • Rachel is an avid runner who believes strength and movement you love are the keys to a long, adventure-filled life. She loves HAVN for its mix of strength and Pilates and the community that feels like home. When she’s not in the studio, Rachel works as a chemist and enjoys adventuring outdoors with her dogs, trying new recipes, and reading.

  • Stella joins the HAVN team as a competitive dancer who believes building strength and flexibility is possible for everyone through both mental and physical consistency and patience! 

    When she’s not in the studio, she’s in the salon as a professional hair and color stylist. With a fun young energy, Stella will make sure you leave her class feeling like the star she knows you are!


    Favorite type of music: My favorite type of music is House and R&B because they both create an infectious vibe and anyone can dance and feel good when they listen to it. I like the chillness of R&B and the super fun, upbeat tempo to house music. They also make a great party and workout playlist!

    Favorite Food: Chocolate ice cream with rainbow sprinkles because it’s sweet! The taste of chocolate ice cream always brings back nostalgic memories cause it was my favorite thing to eat while growing up. PLUS, it’s the ultimate treat that can brighten up any day!
    Favorite quote you live by: “You can be anything, so be unstoppable.” -Barbie. This quote resonates with me because it embodies the idea of limitless potential and determination. It inspires me to pursue my dreams without hesitation and to push through obstacles I may face in life. This quote is a reminder to keep striving for greatness!!!

  • Kristi is a connector at heart with over a decade of experience in coaching and studio management. Kristi strives to make all students feel welcome and empowered to listen to their bodies during their workouts. Her classes teach to the most athletic student in class while remaining accessible to newbies. She pushes students to show up and do their best while being an avid cheerleader for everyone in the room. Knowing a playlist can make or break a class, Kristi is constantly digging for new music to keep students inspired while her authenticity makes her classes light and fun.

  • Marisa began her teaching journey in yoga and fell in love with the power of movement to transform both body and mind. She is now expanding her teaching repertoire into Pilates. She is dedicated to helping others achieve their health goals and embrace confidence in every stage of their fitness journey.

    Marisa's classes are empowering, intentional, and always set to a motivational playlist.

  • Kathryn is a former swimmer who found Pilates after ending her competitive career. After years of pushing her body as an athlete, she tried Pilates and instantly fell in love with how it offered something completely new: a deeper mind–body connection, a sense of balance, and a way to feel like her best self again.

     

    Now, Kathryn is passionate about helping others feel grounded, supported, and strong from the inside out. She is currently a master’s student studying Clinical Exercise Physiology and brings an athletic background and a love for intentional movement into each class. Her ultimate goal is to help others feel like the best version of themselves!

    Favorite Food: Poke bowls :)

    Favorite Type of Music: I genuinely love all types of music: pop, edm, house, country, latino pop, if it has a good vibe, I love it!

  • Olivia is a boutique fitness enthusiast, and Pilates has been her go-to workout for years because as she says, “it’s the one practice that never stops being a challenge. There’s always a new skill to master, a deeper connection to find, or a shake waiting to happen. It keeps me humble, learning, and coming back for more!” 

    When Olivia is not in the studio, you’ll most likely find her trying a new restaurant, booking a flight somewhere, or searching for the next workout class.

    Cate considers functional movement and living an active lifestyle some her greatest passions. Growing up in Colorado skiing and playing competitive soccer, she developed a lifelong love for staying active and building genuine strength. She loves watching local sports, reading, or finding any excuse to get outdoors and find a new way to move.

  • Bri considers health, wellness, and living an active lifestyle her passion. She discovered Pilates through her love of movement and was drawn to its ability to build strength while fostering a deeper mind-body connection.

    Outside of the studio, you can find her searching for the next best matcha spot, making homemade goodies, and exploring all things health and wellness.
