Join us in celebrating the Summer Solstice with an evening designed to move, reset, and restore. The Summer Solstice marks a seasonal turning point — a time traditionally associated with energy, vitality, and renewal. This special event honors that shift through movement and sound.

We will begin with a 30-minute signature HAVN mat Pilates class, designed to activate the body, strengthen the core, and create heat and circulation. Expect intentional movement, controlled strength work, and the grounded energy that defines the HAVN method. This portion of the evening is about awakening the body and harnessing the powerful energy of the season.

Following the Pilates class, we will transition into a guided sound bath experience. As you settle into stillness, the room will fill with layered tones from crystal singing bowls and other healing instruments. The vibrations help calm the nervous system, quiet the mind, and allow the body to deeply relax and integrate the work from the movement portion of the evening.

This event is designed to help you move, release, and reset — leaving you feeling grounded, clear, and aligned as we move into the heart of summer.
