Finish the month of love with some body and muscle love in a 30-minute Pilates Core and Upper-Body class followed by a muscle relaxation and self-love workshop led by HAVN member Wendy Tran.
You will embrace your power with a 30-minute Pilates routine designed to leave you feeling strong and empowered. Post-class stay for a workshop where you will create a positive self-talk statement then be guided into a progressive muscle relaxation workshop where you will feel and learn how our bodies are directly impacted by the words we speak and narrative we have about ourselves.
